One of the most popular problems with regards to iPhone is the iPhone activation that concerns a lot of people and people are continuously complaining about it. And to give light to the problem of iPhone activation, here are some of the reasons that were given by AT&T who is the only service provider for that phone.

Reasons For Problems

Since the launch of iPhone, it instantly became a craze that everyone would like to own a piece of it but after that, more and more people has found out that what they have bought is nothing but an expensive paperweight because they were having problems with the iPhone activation. AT&T has explained that one of the top reasons why there have been problems with regards to iPhone activation is because of the overloaded servers as large number of customers has tried to activate their iPhone the first weekend it was released.

And people became angry, stating to different blogs that they paid for nothing and because of the problems with regard to iPhone activation, even the alarm clocks would not work. Also, in relation with the problems of iPhone activation, those that have corporate accounts may also experience delays because AT&T needs authorization from the telecommunications manager at their company to switch them to an individual account.

But then, all is well that ends well because AT&T has taken the necessary actions to improve the technology that involves the iPhone activation but still, it leaves us the impression that they were not prepared enough to handle this kind of pressure with regards to handling their customers. Now, this would make you think twice of switching to another network just for the sake of having the latest craze in cell phone.
